The European Eel starred in the final episode of “Britain’s Big Wildlife Revival” last night on BBC1.

In a programme dedicated to the UK’s Wetlands, Ben Fogle told the story of the European Eel and discussed the extensive efforts underway across the UK to help the eel and promote sustainability.
